Here is how I scored this foundation COMPLETELY FREE at Target!

right now, a ton of stores are doing a reset on make up items. This essentially just means that a lot of the make up will go on clearance to make room for new items or new product packaging.

I found this Covergirl foundation for under three dollars & it had a $3 Digital coupon in the Target app that I clipped! At the register that made this item completely free.

Note: to get the item completely free you must purchase at least any other item in the store. Target system doesn’t allow the receipt total to be zero!!!
