Goat birria Quesatacos

(I know y’all Tired of Birria and this is the last one)

Cook Time - Cook for 3 hrs 20 Mins

3 Lb Goat Meat

Olive Oil

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Black Pepper

Pinch Coarse Salt

Pot Ingredients -

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Small Onion Whole

1 Head Garlic

5 chile de arbol

3 chile ancho

3 sprigs thyme

5 Cups Water

1 instant birria spice bombs from @birriaqueenllc

Garnish

Monterey Jack

Cilantro

Onions

Limes

Step 1. Sear the Meat until Brown then remove from the Pot

Step 2. Sear all the Vegetables,Herbs and Peppers 2-3 Minutes High Heat

Step 3. Add 1 Instant Birria Bomb (Optional) or Any Other Spice and Boil for 20 Min then reduce to low

Step 3. 1 Hr into cooking remove the Vegetables, Herbs and Peppers

Step 4. Then continue to cook for another 2 hours or until tender

Step 5. Shred the Meat and assemble your tacos
