Ingredients -
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 large Egg
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. Claw Crab Meat 1/2 lb. Lump Crab Meat 3/4 Cup Panko bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Butter Seasoning 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes Parsley

Instructions -
In a bowl add mayo, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, 1 large egg and mix.
Add the crab meat and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, butter seasoning and red chili flakes. Add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice and Mix well until combined.
In that same bowl add panko bread crumbs and a sprinkle of parsley. Gently fold the mixture together, being careful not to shred the crab meat. Shape into 8 cakes.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat pan with oil and heat. Add crab cakes and cook in batches until golden and crispy, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Top with a garlic butter sauce (3 Cloves of minced garlic mixed with 4 Tbsp. of melted butter and 2 Tbsp of heavy Cream.)
Pair with the garlic butter sauce or a remoulade and finish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemons and tartar sauce, Enjoy!
