Chai cheese danish 🤌

I made the chai inspired cheese danish and they came out perfectly.

Ingredients & method : 📝

1/2 block cream cheese

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla essence

1/2 tsp. chai spice blend

Beat all of these together.

Puff pastry sheet

Egg - make an egg wash

Preheat oven at 400F.

Cut the puff pastry sheet into equal rectangles or squares. Leave 1/2 inch margins at the end and apply egg wash there.

Spread the cream cheese filling on the center part and bake for 12 minutes.

It’s very easy and quick fall treat.
