Mediterranean Bowl

I've been trying to stick to a Mediterranean style diet as much as possible to help deal with my PCOS. This Mediterranean rice bowl has been my go to lately but today I switched out the rice for quinoa and y'all.... I don't even miss the rice! Game changer.

Also, I got the tzatziki and the hummus from ALDIs and they're both delicious!

If you're a PCOS girlie and you've been doing the Mediterranean thing, has it helped?! I've had PCOS forever but lately I've noticed that I cannot lose weight no matter what I do. The mom pouch is serious y'all. I need help!
