Check-ins (5 Questions to ask your partner)

Hello lovers, you might have completed your daily self check-ins but have you done couple Check-ins? Check-ins are important as a lead to a deep conversation between you and your partner.

Here are 5 quick questions you can ask your partner:

1. What could I do to make you feel safe and heard

- As much as they are your safe place and your home, why don't you also be their safe place and home?

2. Which is your favourite core memories in our relationship?

- A little or a few walks to the memory lane of you both won't hurt instead it is the best that you can recall them and reminisce or laugh it off together.

3. What do you love about me that I don't like about myself?

- The things you hate can be the things they love and will make you feel better about yourself and even love yourself more <3

4. In what ways am I still giving you butterflies?

- Remember that one time you felt flattered by the things they did? The little things such as opening doors for you or them using the side walk rule? 😳

5. What were my actions or sayings I did that make you feel hurt?

- This is very much likely asking about your flaws (for example: bad-tempered) and you have to accept their answers with an open heart. Daripada simpan and dendam it's better to let them know ;)

Check-ins are really helpful as our answers might change over time but our heart and feelings won't :D
