- I’ve been gluten & egg free for a couple of years now (thanks mold) and at first it was painfully overwhelming to figure out how and what to eat to feel good! after focusing on my gut health & riding the biotoxins from my body I now can enjoy so many wonderful foods! Traveling used to cause so much anxiety in my life simply because I knew I was going to hurt - so thankful that’s no longer the case & SO thankful to live in an age where GF & egg free options are more commonly available!
