⭐️ Probiotic: we know this one…they help our gut! probiotics can help balance the good bacteria in our digestive system // helps enhance absorption of nutrients from our food and boost our immune system. yee-freakin-haw!!
⭐️Turmeric: helps fight inflammation in the body!
⭐️B- complex: I use this to help reduce fatigue and boost my mood // helped my skin clear up!
⭐️Vitamin D3 + K2: (works best together) support bone & cardiovascular health.
⭐️Fish oil: started taking fish oil when I found out I had mold poisoning - to fight body stiffness and brain inflammation.
⭐️Multivitamin: to help fill nutritional gaps in diet!
⭐️Magnesium: anxiety & sleep!! once I incorporated magnesium in my daily routine this helped me be less anxious(especially at night) and fall/stay asleep.
⭐️Zinc: helps boost immune system!!
⭐️Liposomal Glutathione: helps improve cellular function, respiration and oxidation - helps cells fight off the bad guys.
