It’s really annoying when you’ve already put so much effort in dieting and exercising but your thighs or stomach are not getting smaller!

I struggled with this when i lost 6kg but my belly still looked “buncit” and my thighs still looked the same…

Turns out… i was not BURNING fat! Only LOSING weight!

Here’s how we can target FAT BURN‼️:

1. Time of Meals & Exercise ⏱️🍱🏋🏻

- if you exercise right after eating you will not burn any fat!

- When you eat, your body releases Insulin. The higher the insulin, the longer it takes your body to bring it back down.

- you have to wait until insulin levels are LOW to start exercising so that you are in the FAT BURNING ZONE!

- You need to build muscle to help burn fat and increase your metabolism! You can also do cardio to help burn your overall body fat (not just targeting certain areas)

Tips‼️

- Drink 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with water BEFORE your meals to help decrease insulin by 30%

- Exercise BEFORE you eat your first meal or 2 hours AFTER your meal

- Consider Intermittent Fasting to help with your insulin resistance!

- Try to make a habit of not snacking throughout the day! Eat fulfilling meals during your mealtimes so you don’t crave snacks
