This is my life HACK for getting myself to focus. Take a time-lapse of yourselft help yourself stay on track without looking at your phone. Once I start the time lapse I feel motivated to not go on my phone because doing so would disrupt the video!!

THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH TIMELAPSE ON!:

- homework

- studying

- working out

- reading a book

- doing a craft

- hanging out with friends

- or anything else that you don't your phone to distract you from.
