Hi!! I just recently quit vaping and I rlly wanna stick with it this time. These are some things I do when I get a craving. Comment if you do something different! I think the cravings are less after a week but last time I quit I still had cravings by day 40. It’s frustrating when no one tells the truth abt how hard quitting is😒 I also recommend getting an app to help you log your progress!🫶🏼
