Wildflower Honey

These cookies are the bees-knees! The honey makes for incredibly soft, sweet, and chewy cookies with a delicious toffee note from the browned butter

1 egg room temp

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup honey for brushing
