Just whipped up this delicious Rhubarb Crisp using the classic Betty Crocker recipe, and it turned out amazing! 🌟
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter sliced (5 TBLS)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. In bonCOOK round mold or square baking dish, add chopped rhubarb and sprinkle with salt.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
4. Next cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Evenly pour over the rhubarb
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
