shredded 2cups of zucchini with my kitchen aid shredding attachment to make Snickerdoodle zucchini bread. Recipe I got from Southernplate.com

Roasted my seeds in the oven with some Tony’s seasoning and salt

Made zoodles with my ninja machine to use in my soup. I also used the larger flat noodle in the soup for more texture. I made a Thai Chicken Zoodle Soup recipe from wholesomedelicious.com

Lastly used my diced zucchini to sauté up with onions and some golden zucchini.
