🌺🍍Healthy Luau Chicken Bowl

Today I made Luau Chicken Bowls for lunch! They were delicious and super easy! Here is how! 👇🏼

I make plain crockpot chicken so I can do multiple things with it so first to make the chicken I just coat and I mean COAT chicken tenderloins in Kinders The blend seasoning and add a can of chicken broth in a crockpot with it on low for 4-5 hours then shred.

Ingredients

Any Chicken - (I used that 👆🏻)

2 tbls Teriyaki Sauce

1.5 tsp Bankok Peanut Sauce

1/2 c cooked Jasmine rice

1c fresh Pineapple

Handful of Coleslaw mix

Instructions

I mixed 1 tbls of teriyaki sauce with my shredded chicken.

Cook Jasmine rice like package instructions

Assemble plates with chicken, slaw mix, pineapple, and rice.

Mix other 1 tablespoon of teriyaki with peanut sauce and drizzle over the plate!

SO good and easy!
