Alcohol Alternatives for Sober Girls

In 2019 I had a random, serious reaction to alcohol. Ever since, I’ve been unable to drink alcohol (or caffeine) without my chest hurting.

Which has led me on a hunt to find delicious, alcohol free drinks to enjoy :) some have herbs and nootropics that give you a euphoric or relaxed feeling, some are just pretty and they taste good!

001. Surely sparkling rosé - definitely my favorite non alcoholic wine. It’s dry, tangy, and suuuper bubbly. It’s definitely one of the more expensive alcohol alternatives, but I do love it!

002. Pure Joy Unwind - has calming lavender and blueberry. Tastes good, but is on the sweeter side. These are pretty expensive but WORTH IT.

003. De Soi Très Rosé - love the packaging, it’s a cute drink to have in your hand. It does have herbs and nootropics, but I don’t experience any head change. These are on the sweeter side; not my fave.

004. Edna’s Paloma - these are pretty affordable. Taste similar to a Paloma, but again they’re extremely sweet.

005. Hop Tea - these are one of the first non alcoholic beverages I leaned on when I first found out I couldn’t tolerate alcohol anymore. The flavor is so good, especially if you like hops. Find them at Whole Foods, for about $3!

006. Fre Sparkling Brut - this stuff is okay. It’s relatively cheap, but again sweeter than I was expecting. Still fun to sip on though! :)
