are you BORED in your relationship?

Do you feel bored in your relationship? Like it's lost it's "spark"? This might be a good thing!!

A lot of the times, we might confused being "BORED" with actually being "STABLE." I used to go through soo many ups and downs in my past relationships and I never really felt safe. But the chaos felt exciting, even though I was ALWAYS in fight or flight with my exes! I got so used to the "thrill" of the emotional rollercoaster.

Now, in my current relationship, I feel so incredibly safe and secure. He soothes my anxiety and isn't the CAUSE of it. At first my toxic brain was like... um is this boring? Is there no spark? The answer is NO LOL. The "spark" used to be ANXIETY. Now the "spark" in our relationship are new adventures that we get to have together, which is on us to create :)

So - if you're in a healthy relationship, ask yourself if it's really boring or if it's just stable and you're not used to it! "Boring" might actually just mean: safety, comfort, security, trust, and peace.
