I feel like it’s so common to talk about finding the right partner for you. To have nonnegotiables and never settle for less. BUT - do you know yourself enough to find what you need in a relationship? Do you know what you want? Do you know who YOU are in a relationship? What it’s like to date YOU?

Here are some questions to ask yourself...

What is your communication style?

What do you need from a partner when you’re in conflict? How will you handle conflict?

What are your boundaries?

What emotional needs do you have?

Do you have any relationship triggers?

What are your deal-breakers and nonnegotiables?

What are your expectations of the relationship?

How do you manage your finances? How will that have an impact on your partner?

Where do you see yourself long-term? Do you have any long-term goals?

What are your thoughts on marriage, kids, and family?

What do you struggle most with in relationships? How are you working on that?

What are your biggest strengths in a relationship? How can you bring that to a partner?
