Dopamenu for stimulating your brain!! ⭐✨

Recently, I’ve seen these dopamenus floating around Pinterest and wanted to make one for myself!! If you haven’t heard of a dopamenu, it’s essentially just a creative way to organize different stimulating activities that will give your brain dopamine. Dopamine is the pleasure and motivation chemical!

The idea behind these are that we often turn to quick and easy “hits” of dopamine like scrolling on our phones when we want to stimulate our brain. But those things we turn to aren’t actually enough to satisfy the need! So this dopamenu is a fun and easy guide to access for things to do!! It’s broken up into different categories for different needs (ie. STARTERS - quick dopamine vs MAINS - bigger breaks).

I love having my own version of this because it makes it so much easier to do things that I enjoy!! Highly recommend making your own if you don’t relate to mine 🙂
