Help me ruin my digital footprint

I mentioned self assigned exposure therapy in my get to know me post. For me, posting any kind of content (curated or uncurated) on social media is a super accessible way for me to do something I’m scared of.

Todays approach is posting something that I think is embarrassing and writing out a caption without deleting sentences after they’re written (just so you know, i failed at the caption part). It’s funny, because I genuinely enjoy content like this and would never judge someone else for posting something like this, but it feels like the most embarrassing thing in the world when I’m the one doing it.
