Starting Solids- What you need

My baby started solids a couple months ago and these are the products we are using! I started with purées in the beginning because blw freaked me out. I saw how good she was doing with purées, so I moved onto blw

lalo high chair- A high chair with a footrest is key, the plus is that it’s aesthetically pleasing

Baby food maker- Super simple to use, it steams vegetables/ cooks meats and then purées the food

Cup with straw/ open cup- For teaching baby how to drink out of a cup/ straw. It took her a few tries to learn how to drink from a straw, she got it eventually!

silicone set with utensils- Suction plate and bowl so the baby doesn’t throw them on the floor. The utensil helps baby to be able to feed herself

Full Bib sleeve- Saves my babies clothes, and it’s waterproof so you can easily wash it in the sink

Containers to store baby food- I store the extra purées in these and freeze the rest in normal ice cubes

Solid starts app- Super helpful for knowing how to serve baby food and tracking which foods baby ate
