9 self-care tips for a 30's single mom 🌸

Having no guaranteed time all to myself, here is how I prioritize self care when I can.

🍷 dinner alone at a place I've been wanting to try when I can afford a sitter

🛁 soaking in the tub before bed, especially at that time of the month

♨️ staying cozy with blankets, sweaters, and pillows daily (cuz AC is drafty too!)

📚 reading a novel, sometimes even during work time, because I just plain need the mental break

🧘‍♀️ going to yoga, even if just for the 5 minutes of savasana

☀️ feeling sunlight daily on my skin, and grounding with the earth

🌿 keep my favorite oils in my room for when I just want to smell something nice

🫧 make body scrub with straight-up sugar and coconut oil for soft skin

🎶 listening to healing music with solfeggio frequencies on the regular

Though I wish it were weekly massages, monthly facials, and a relaxing weekend trip on a beach or mountainside .... doing the little things each day, or when I can, still makes a difference.
