Who’s ready for a 30 day ab challenge?!

While working your core is very important to your overall health and muscular composition, the number one thing that will help you get visible abs is WHAT YOU EAT! You MUST be eating clean and nourishing your body well if you want to see definition in your core.

Because abs are made in the kitchen, the challenge has two parts :

Part 1) clean and whole eating! No fast food, or soda, and committing to eating clean, whole foods as much as possible (80/20)! I promise this is the hardest part of the challenge, but with some planning and prep it can easily be done!

Part 2) the workout!

Of course if you want to strengthen your abs, you’ve got to be actively working. Here’s the ab workout for the 30 day challenge:

30 crunches

30 overhead marches

30 high to low planks

30 second hollow hold

Repeat two times through this circuit, 4 times a week!
