My 🩷study log 🩷

I started logging my study hours recently because I felt like I would have days where I worked non stop, and then others that I didn't work at all.

This always left me feeling bad about myself and never appreciating the work I was doing. Then I started laying it all out, and seeing how much I actually was working, and I think it wasn't until I started doing this that I really started to be proud of myself.

I feel like in school you always feel like you are working, but then also never feel like you are doing anything so this really helped!!

Also, seeing my hours laid out like this has really helped me regularize my study patterns. I started realizing that there are moments in the days that I could fit in a quick 30 minute work time, and this has helped me tremendously because not only am I more focused for those intervals, but also I am getting my work done so much earlier in the day,

Also I feel like logging my hours of studying like this has really increased my productivity because I want to be able to achieve my weekly goals that I set. It really helps me unlock my competitive nature in the best ways, and I’m here for it!!!
