ChatGPT made my grocery list 🛒🥗

When I tell you ChatGPT is my full-time assistant, like. One of my favorite things to use it for is to make my grocery lists, meal prep, workout plans, etc.

Here is the prompt that I use when I want it to make me a list:

"Please make me a grocery list. Ask me any questions you need to in order to do this task sufficiently! Thank you!"

It then asks me EVERYTHING that it needs to know so that it can make the best grocery list for me. I mentioned that I would like to eat partially blue zone diet and partially mediterranean so it reflected that in the ingredients it added to my list. For example, sweet potato, lentils, quinoa, etc.

If you want to go a step further, I will even have it give it a budget (I told it $100-$150) or ask it to make me a complimentary meal plan to go with it. If you ask, it'll give you recipes for each meal as well.

After everything is done I just copy and paste the list into my notes and paste the rest into a google doc for the rest of the week!
