2 Eggs, large

1 cup All-purpose flour

4 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Baking soda

1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed light or dark

1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

1 cup Cornmeal, fine yellow

1 tsp Kosher salt

1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

6 tbsp Butter, unsalted

2 cups Buttermilk, whole

1 Pats of butter

Honey Glaze:

1/2 c powdered sugar

1/4 c melted butter

2 tbsp honey

Cinnamon to taste

Milk
