5 ingredient italian ice!

ingredients:

3 cups halved strawberries or chopped pineapple

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 cups ice

steps:

1. combine the fruit, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and 2 cups ice in a blender and pulse till chunky. add the other 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.

2. pour the mixture into a baking dish and freeze for 30 min. after 30 min take it out and scrape the top with a for until slushy then freeze until firm.

tip: let the Italian ice thaw for a couple mins before serving or if it's totally frozen run the scooper under hot water to get nice scoops
