My weight insecurity

Before I was pregnant I was 110, once I got pregnant I quickly gained and lost weight as I wasn’t properly eating during the first trimester, once I hit my second trimester I was starting to gain weight at the end of my pregnancy I was 160 and still trying to lose weight. As I never really gained weight I became insecure and slowly started to accept the body change I had. I’m still trying to accept but as I had to change clothing sizes it’s hard. I’ve heard many moms go through this and how are you handing the different changes that pregnancy has
