7 things I learned since turning 21

i still have countless things to learn about life. i was gaslit into believing adulthood was something to rush into, and believing that being an adult is *really* when life starts.

i wake up some days wishing i could just be a kid again, even if just for 24 hours. to be oblivious to the insanity of the world, not having to pay bills, taking life one day at a time and being fascinated with everything around me.

what a time. 🥲

since i'm 21 now, i've been thrust into real life and it's time to start taking myself seriously. i'm learning new things every day, whether it's the hard way or the easy way.
