getting waist beads changed my life

i've struggled with my body confidence for basically as long as i could remember but my waist beads make me feel soo attractive and i actually enjoy looking at my tummy now.

if you are dieting and monitoring your weight (like i am) having waist beads is a wonderful way to track your progress while making you feel beautiful.
