September was filled with new experiences!

First time volunteering for a fire show in Langkawi 🔥, first time driving around in Langkawi & long-distance journey🚗 ,first time being on stage to give a speech 🎤,first time playing pickle ball 🎾..

Each small “first” reminds me how courage grows through trying new things 🪄

Here are some tips on cultivating the courage to try new things:

Start Small: Try small new things first, like a new recipe or hobby, to build confidence.

Accept Fear: It’s normal to feel scared. Courage is about taking action even if you feel fear.

Think Positively: Focus on what could go right instead of worrying about what could go wrong.

Be Kind to Yourself: It’s okay if things aren’t perfect. Mistakes are part of learning.

See it as Growth: Each new experience helps you grow and learn.
