This is what I call a “lazy girl” dinner!

Sometimes I don’t have the time or energy to put a lot of thought into my meals and this was one of those times.

Something I prioritize with my meals no matter what is having enough protein!!! The protein for this meal can range between 35-60g of protein depending on your portions. For me, this meal was hitting at 42g of protein.

Here’s how I made it:

1️⃣ Chop up the garlic and onion

2️⃣ Put olive oil on the pan while it’s on medium heat

3️⃣ When the pan is heated add your garlic and onion and sauté with salt and pepper for taste

4️⃣ Add the cauliflower gnocchi to the pan and sauté with the onion and garlic

5️⃣ Add brussel sprouts to the pan

6️⃣ Add dressing and mix

6️⃣ Add shrimp and let the shrimp cook

7️⃣ Plate and enjoy 🥰
