Green yogurt bowls are one of my go to snacks because they are so easy and the flavor options are endless! I was feeling inspired to make a pumpkin-y bowl today
Here is everything I added to this bowl to make it higher protein, more satiating, and just overall super tasty:
-Fage Organic Greek Yogurt
-Legion Pumpkin Chocolate Protein
-Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Cinnamon Granola
-Banana
-Natural Peanut Butter
-Pumpkin Pie Spice
First, plop one serving of plain Greek yogurt in your bowl. I added 1/2 scoop of the Legion Pumpkin Pie protein powder to it then sprinkled pumpkin pie spice into the bowl.
Once I combined the protein and yogurt, the texture should be thicker and somewhat fluffy. I cut my bananas in half, sliced it, then placed it directly into the bowl.
I topped with purely Elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon granola then around 1 to 2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter!
