I aim to eat around 80% Whole Foods in my diet and 20% “anything” in moderation. I find that the smallest tweaks like eating fruits and veggies for snack really helps me to stay around that 80% mark while helping me to feel my best.
I love an afternoon snack to hold me off for a few hours before eating dinner, sometimes I want a snack that is more of a balance between sweet and savory or is just more on the saltier side in general.
