This was soo yummy and easy to make!
Here’s everything I used:
Trader Joe’s garlic and herb pizza dough
5 Chicken meatballs
1/4 Cup Trader Joes Pizza Sauce
1 Handful Almond Mozzarella Shreds
1 Handful Kale
I floured my counter, cut 1/4 of the prepackaged dough, and rolled it into a ball. Once the ball was formed I began to flatten it to create the shape of the pizza base.
I preheated the airfryer to 400 and cooked the crust separately for about 10 minutes, to ensure it would be fully cooked. While the crust was cooking, I cut the chicken meatballs and quickly browned them in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
Once the crust was slightly golden at the bottom, I added the sauce, cheese, meatballs and kale. I drizzled a bit of olive oil, garlic and oregano over the kale and put the pizza in for another 20-25 minutes.
