Is Great Wolf lodge worth the money?

We went to Great Wolf Lodge and I was highly disappointed. Things were shutdown. We went and ate at a restaurant in the hotel and it took 2 hours to get our food. It came out cold. Half the games in the arcade weren’t working. They didn’t have a lot of activities like on the website.
