These are some of my favorite apps you need to travel on a budget! PART TWO

1. Hostelworld

Hostelworld allows you to book hostel rooms around the world! Hostels are are shared rooms with other travelers to cut the cost and make friends! You stay in bunk beds, and some are even super nice with curtains! It’s definitely a huge part of the budget travel experience.

2. Rome2Rio

Rome2Rio is an app that helps you find the most cost effective route between destinations with different modes of transportation. I use this to find the cheapest way from the airport to my next stop so I can arrive there safety as well. Any time I’m changing between destinations, I use this app first to see my options!

3. XE Currency Converter

XE Currency Converter easily converts currency for you to tell exactly what you’re spending in any country. I use this especially when buying things from markets when I’m put on the spot because it’s SO easy to think you’re spending less than you are.
