Must Do Activity in THAILAND: Cooking Class 👩🏻‍🍳

If you’re ever in Thailand you NEED to take a traditional Thai cooking class!

When traveling, cooking classes are my favorite things to do as it really helps you immerse yourself into new cultures.

I took a class at Sammy’s cooking school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.Chiang Mai.

The kitchen was outside and absolutely beautiful. It was located at the owner’s (Sammy) home surrounded by all the fresh produce, coconuts, etc that we used to cook. Everything was organic and fresh!

When we arrived, Sammy taught us how to make coconut milk and let us try out all the spices and herbs we would be using to cook from the garden. This was such a cool experience!

We cooked 3 meals including a curry dish, pad thai, and mango sticky rice.

I booked through Stamps Backpackers Hostel & Tours Chiang Mai and the cost came out to $30 which was SO SO worth it. It’s an absolute must do!
