🩰 As we enter the second month of 2024, I'm proud to say that I've made significant strides in my weight loss journey. It's time to let go of the negativity I've held towards my body and stop comparing myself to the unrealistic standards portrayed by skinny models on social media.

🪩 This year, my focus is on shedding a substantial amount of body fat, although I understand that achieving perfection is not realistic and perhaps even unnecessary. Instead, my goal is to attain a healthier and more balanced physique.

🌸 By embracing a healthier lifestyle, I hope to address many of the challenges I face, knowing that being content with my body will contribute positively to overall well-being.
