I became a running girl this summer.

This entire year I struggled to lose 10 pounds and I’m still not quite there. I’ve never had an issue with weight loss before, but at the start of this year, I realize that I was gaining weight and even with diet and exercise I couldn’t lose it.

It turns out this was all because of ✨birth control✨

I had just started for the very first time in my life, using birth control, and instantly saw fluctuations in my weight and overall health.

I stopped, taking birth control in June and started running. I continued through July and the start of August. So far this summer I’ve lost 6 pounds which doesn’t sound like a whole lot, but I definitely see a physical changes in my body.
