We all go through different "eras" of our lives. Some of the more recent eras I have experienced include but are not limited to..

-Fitness girl Era

-Wifey Era

-Lazy girl Era

-Wellness girl Era

Now the hardest era to get out of is the lazy girl era. If I am being honest it seems that I go through this lazy girl era pretty often. Above I have listed three of my favorite ways to exit this era and get myself back on track.

Although it is not easy to re-elevate your priorities and get back on track while you have felt lazy and unmotivated..It is important to remember we all go through seasons and eras.

Pro tip: when I am struggling like this I like to go check out my favorite wellness girly's page to help motivate me to get up and get things back together. If this does not help I will also search hashtags like #wellnessroutine because I will find new influencers that can show me something I have not seen yet!
