ᰔSomething that I like to do is give myself 2-4 cheat days a month! Listening to my body and what it needs has been the greatest component to my health journey. Before I lived a life of restriction, sadness and craving. I felt like a prisoner to my to own life and didn’t look for the the hustle or grind.

♡Now I tackle most days with energy and motivation. On the days I struggle, I retreat and rest. Then of course repeat as needed for my body and mental clarity!
