Let’s be honest, 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is unrealistic in everyday life.

Protein is extremely hard to manage sometimes. Not everyone eats or likes meat which is one of the traditional ways to consume protein in fitness. Not to mention, meat gets expensive.

Rice, protein pancakes, yogurt & granola are some of my easy protein must haves in my kitchen. Trader Joe’s has lots of foods that are easy & quick protein options. I’m all about easy and flavorful food! These proteins are so easy to add to everyday meals.

*Another tip If you shop at Trader Joe’s- On their website they list all their food items that are currently in store. You can create a shopping list on there and plan exactly what protein to get. This will help lessen stress in the stores. 😇
