Ingredients:

✨️boneless skinless chicken breasts

✨️jasmine rice

✨️teriyaki marinade

✨️2 Tbs butter

✨️2 Tbs cooking oil of your choice

✨️2 yellow onions sliced and halved

I didn't have any on hand, but you can add bell peppers and pineapple also.

Directions:

Cook rice according to packaging. add 2 Tbs butter to the water.

while you're waiting for the water to boil, wash, and dice your chicken breasts up into bite-sized pieces. add your choice of seasoning.

add oil to your pan and start heating on medium high heat. once hot, add seasoned diced chicken to your pan and sear all sides.

once most of the pink has been cooked out add your teriyaki marinade (i add a little water to the bottle to get the rest of the marinade out and to thin my sauce a bit) the onions, and turn down to a simmer. let simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

turn off and let sit to thicken. once the sauce is to your liking, serve and enjoy 😋
