Loose Skin post idea

I lost 80 pounds. Of course I’m going to have loose skin.

When I started my weight loss journey, loose skin was something I thought about.

Yes, I have loose skin. But I also have a healthy, fit and strong body beneath it.

Don’t get me wrong, there are days that I don’t feel confident about it. There are moments and outfits that I wish I didn’t have it. But there are no moments that I regret losing the weight.

We are humans. We age. Our body’s age. It’s okay to not look like the perfect people you see on social media. They aren’t showing you the real side of their life.

If I have to choose between a little loose skin or going back to the unhappy & unhealthy life that I was living…..

I’d choose loose skin over and over again.

Love your body. It’s the only one you have. It’s the only one that you get. And it’s YOURS!
