Have you heard of the birthday blues? Idk why but my birthday always puts me in a bit of a funk. This year I made an effort to do things that bring me joy in order to fight off the birthday blues. I can’t say that it worked 100% but it was nice to stay busy and spend time with my family so here’s to 33 trips around the sun🌞
