🌙 BUSINESS: PLAN your tasks AHEAD so you can rest on your period the week after. Finish up some content, pre-film, finish up some projects, just get most things done.
🌙 EXERCISE: you can start this phase off with heavier workouts, but as the week progresses take it slower with yoga, weight training, stretching, or walking.
