As a girl who’s always struggled to gain weight I honestly just had to find beauty in what my body is. All I do is tone 3x a week my whole body. I’m a mom of 2 and mind you I had them 2 under 2 ok😭

I still deal with ppd and I just want you guys to know it’s a never ending journey of all the things you thought you healed from and most importantly dealing with ppd has shown me generational curses come out within myself and baby when I tell you these kids are your reality check and will have you on a road to prosper they really do. So I had to check myself all the way from the way I talk, react, what I eat, bad habits I have to let go, etc the list could go on but it all has to do with the person I am and I know I’ll never be perfect I don’t want to be but what I will assure myself of is self awareness before it’s to late and my children only have memory of what mommy wasn’t, so yeah as I write this I cry because this is my real life and being vulnerable is hard, yet so beautiful. These things are what made me choose fitness again fitness always brought out my inner child, so doing small workouts that keep me in shape feels like an essential because I no longer wake up feeling skinny and achy, bad mood, depressed on my couch. Now I wake up early, my appetite is growing in time, and I feel amazing. Only 24 I’m giving myself grace because it is so true time goes by and if we only keep complaining about what we look like and lack you only waste time on all things you can be. Just believe in yourself 🫶🏼 🥹
