Don’t Use Scented Soap on Kid’s Silicone Plates

Did you know that your kid’s silicone plates can taste like soap? The soap from washing them in the dishwasher can stick to the plates, making them have a soapy taste and smell that won’t go away. To avoid this, make sure you’re using fragrance free soap and dishwasher detergent… which is also a cleaner option.

It also helps to hand wash the plates and use really hot water to rinse them off.
