Let’s make sweet potato and broccoli tots for kids!
This healthy recipe can be served as lunch, dinner, or anything in between! They’re easy to make and your kid will get an extra serving of veggies!
1. Bake a sweet potato until soft and steam broccoli.
2. Mash together sweet potato and broccoli in a bowl. Add in a sprinkle of garlic and salt (if baby is 1 year old+).
3. Add in breadcrumbs of choice. I eyeballed the amount, it was probably 1/4 cup.
4. Form into tot shapes, it’s okay if they’re a little bigger!
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and serve or freeze!
